Delivery Terms

Believe and Achieve LTD uses Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Standard delivery services such as Royal Mail 1st Class aim to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch, while Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 3–4 working days. Tracked services, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically deliver within 2–3 working days and include tracking and delivery confirmation. Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Saturday, and Royal Mail generally completes deliveries by late afternoon. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to postal demand, public holidays, weather conditions, or local operational issues.

International shipping is also provided via Royal Mail, with delivery times depending on the destination and service selected. Tracked and Tracked & Signed services generally take around 3–5 working days within Europe and 5–7 working days for the rest of the world. Standard or economy international services may take longer, ranging from up to two weeks within Western Europe to up to 8–12 weeks for more distant regions, depending on postal routes and service levels. International delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs processing and local postal networks.

All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Tracking details will be provided where applicable. Believe and Achieve LTD is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
